Other things to note
Parking is not available and it can be really difficult to park in the area. Parking lots are available nearby the condo, however, prices vary between $30-$50 per day.
We would not recommend to rent a car for your stay as the location is perfect and walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. I would suggest to use Uber or Lyft for cheap rides in the city. Metered parking on the street throughout South Beach : $4 per hour (free between 3:00AM to 8:00AM)
